We’ve been trying for years to establish a patch of Black Raspberries in our yard and this year we’ve finally succeeded! There is now an amazing patch all around the plum tree down by the barn.
We picked the first ripe ones yesterday evening.
It’s really a great feeling to get your hands stained with the juices from wild berries.
We have enough now for black raspberries with cake and ice cream for dessert.
